Our products are made to order by carefully selected production partners in the United States—no overseas dropshipping. Every personalized order is reviewed by our team before production to achieve the strongest final composition. Because each design is individually prepared, layout and positioning may vary slightly where needed for the best result.

Personalized designs are normally reviewed and finalized within 1–2 business days. Production generally takes 2–7 business days, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for standard US delivery. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by order volume, product availability, holidays, weather or carrier delays.

Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping for eligible apparel orders is $4.99 unless a different product-specific rate is displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $79*

Free shipping cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer. If more than one promotion is available, checkout will automatically apply the offer that provides the greatest overall saving.

Delivery Address

Please check your complete delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Orders enter production quickly, so address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

We cannot provide a free replacement or refund when an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout causes failed delivery, return to sender or delivery to the wrong location. Additional charges may apply if the order must be remade or shipped again.

Tracking and Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be found, please check around the property, with other household members and neighbors, and contact the carrier or local post office using the tracking number. You must also confirm that the delivery address entered at checkout was correct.

If the package still cannot be located, report the issue using the order-reporting link provided by email. We will request an investigation with our production and delivery partners. A replacement or refund is not automatic and will depend on the outcome of that investigation.

For a US package that has not been delivered or marked as delivered within 30 calendar days of shipment, report the issue within the following seven days so that it remains eligible for investigation.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Items

Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because:

• The wrong size or color was selected.

• An adult product was ordered instead of a youth product, or vice versa.

• The customer changes their mind.

• A different personalization is wanted after ordering.

• The product was received as ordered but the fit or personal preference is different.

Please check the product type, personalization, color and complete size guide before ordering. Garment sizes are not universal, and normal manufacturing tolerance applies. A measurement that falls within the tolerance stated in our size guide is not considered a defect.

If the correct item was supplied but a different size is required, a discounted replacement may be offered at our discretion. This is not a return, exchange or entitlement to a free replacement.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Quality Issues and Production Errors

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, materially different from what was ordered, incorrectly labeled, or outside the stated garment measurement tolerance, report the issue within 30 days of delivery using the issue-reporting link sent by email after delivery.

Please include clear photographs showing the product, printed design, size label and relevant measurements. The garment must be laid flat, with the full measuring tape and both ends of the measurement visible in the same photograph.

Once the evidence has been reviewed and a production error is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. You do not need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

Contact us before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a parcel is returned because of an address error, please note that our production facilities do not operate a monitoring or tracking system for returned parcels. As a result, we are unable to track, locate, or guarantee the safe return of undeliverable packages.

If you require your order sooner, we may, at our discretion, offer to produce a replacement order at the original product price plus the original shipping charge, rather than waiting for the returned parcel to arrive. Any such offer is made as a goodwill gesture and is not an admission of liability.
