Our T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are made to order. Please use the exact garment chart for the product you are buying and compare it with an item that already fits you well.

Adult and youth sizes are different products. An Adult XL is not the same as a Youth XL. Check whether the product page says Adult/Unisex or Youth/Kids before choosing a size.

How to measure correctly

How to measure a T-shirt, sweatshirt or hoodie laid flat

1Choose a similar garment that fits well.

2Lay it flat on a firm surface without stretching the fabric.

3Width: measure straight across the chest, about 1 inch below the armholes. This is a flat garment measurement, not the full chest circumference.

4Length: measure from the highest point beside the collar straight down to the bottom hem.

5Sleeve length on sweatshirts and hoodies: measure from the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder and down to the end of the cuff.

Do not measure around your body and compare that number directly with “Width”. If you only have a body chest measurement, the garment needs additional room for comfort and movement.

Three checks before choosing

Use measurements, not the label

“Small”, “Large” and “XL” can fit differently between brands and between adult and youth garments.

For children, do not rely on age alone

The same-age children can have very different heights and builds. Measure a current T-shirt or sweatshirt whenever possible.

Between two sizes?

Choose the larger size for a looser fit or growing room. Choose the smaller size only if its actual width and length match the fit you want.

Allow for manufacturing variation

Garments are sewn products, so actual measurements can vary within the stated tolerance. A variation within tolerance is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Important personalised-item policy

Please read before ordering

Every item is made to order. Personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because the selected size is too large or too small, or because a different size or colour is preferred after delivery.
We cannot exchange an adult item for a youth item, or a youth item for an adult item, when the product and size supplied match the order.
Size labels are not universal. You are responsible for checking the product type and garment measurements before placing the order.
Normal manufacturing tolerance applies. A measurement that falls within the tolerance stated beside the applicable chart is not considered a defect.
We will put genuine production problems right. If the wrong item or size was supplied, the garment is damaged, the print is defective, or a measurement falls outside the permitted tolerance, report it within 30 days of delivery using the issue-reporting link in the email sent after delivery.

If you believe the wrong size was supplied

Please use the issue-reporting link in the email sent after your garment is delivered. Using that form sends the information directly to the correct team for the quickest response. The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

To allow our production partner to investigate, submit clear photographs showing:

The full garment laid flat on a firm surface, with the printed design visible.
The size label.
The width measurement, with a measuring tape placed straight across the chest.
The length measurement, with a measuring tape placed from beside the collar to the bottom hem.
The shipping label or packing slip, if the wrong garment or size was received.

Please do not stretch the garment while measuring. The entire measuring tape and both ends of the measurement must be visible in the same photograph. If a confirmed production error occurred, no physical return is normally required.

Frequently asked questions

Are the adult garments men’s or women’s sizes?

They are adult unisex garments. The charts show the actual garment dimensions, which are more reliable than choosing by a gender label. Compare the width and length with a garment you already own.

Is Youth XL the same as Adult XL?

No. They are different garments. For example, the Youth XL T-shirt is listed as 19 inches wide and 25 inches long, while the Adult XL T-shirt is listed as 24 inches wide and 31 inches long.

Should I choose a youth size from the child’s age?

No. Age can be a rough reference only. Children of the same age vary considerably in height and build, so use the garment measurements.

What if my measurement is between two sizes?

Choose the larger size if you prefer a relaxed fit or need growing room. Remember that garment measurements can also vary within the stated manufacturing tolerance.

Can I exchange a personalised item if I chose the wrong size?

No. Because personalised items are created specifically for each order, we cannot accept size or colour exchanges when the item supplied matches the order. Please measure before ordering.
