All items are made to order in our local production facility - no overseas dropshipping. Every custom order is personally reviewed by our team to ensure the best possible result, and layout positioning may vary slightly for the strongest final composition. Custom pieces typically take 2–5 days to finalise before production, with shipping usually arriving within around 3 days depending on your location.

RETURN:

Every piece is custom made specifically for you. If your item arrives with a quality issue or fault, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll put it right quickly.

Quality Issues

All items are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or with a production issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
