RETURN:

Every piece is custom made specifically for you. If your item arrives with a quality issue or fault, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns & Quality Issues

Because every item is made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised or custom-made products.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue with the personalisation, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work quickly to make it right.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
